Postage Stamps Smelling of Sandalwood
Indian government is releasing commemorative postage stamp redolent of the scent of sandalwood. Communication and Information Technology Minister Dayanidhi Maran will release the stamp on Dec 13, an official statement said. It will be priced at Rs.15. Apparently, perfumed stamps have been issued in the past by New Zealand, Thailand, and Switzerland. (From Telugu Portal) |

Me too! I wonder what the stamps issued by those other countries smelled like...I wonder if New Zealand's smelled of Hobbit feet, heh :-D
