Sisley Soir de Lune

Sisley will be launching its first fragrance in 15 years this September. Soir de Lune, "a modern floral, woody scent" was produced for Sisley by International Flavors and Fragrances. The bottle was created in-house, with a cap designed by Polish artist Bronislaw Krzysztof, who also designed the packaging for Eau du Soir. Soir de Lune will launch in all the brand's markets on September 1, and will be supported by a major press advertising campaign. The EdP line is priced from €71 to €144. (From According to another source, the notes of Soir de Lune are bergamot, mandarine, lemon, coriander, nutmeg, pepper, rose, mimosa absolute, jasmine, lily of the valley, iris, peach, tree moss, musk, honey, sandalwood and patchouli.

Soir de Lune sounds wonderful!

That other source derived its information either from our marvelous NST who posted about it a couple of weeks ago or from WWD, in case you wanted the original source. You can read the entire article in the archives, which is very interesting. However, you might need subscription for that, unless you can find a cached version in google.

This does sound lovely, and if it's anywhere near as beautiful as Eau du Soir (which I think is a stellar fragrance), I'll have my CC out quicker than you can say "On my VISA." LOL!

I should just finally purchase subscription for WWD, since it is relatively inexpensive (well, compared to Cosmeticnews).
I cannot wait to try Soir de Lune!
