7th Annual Basenotes Fragrance Awards - Nominations are announced
 Basenotes announced the nominations for the 7th Annual Basenotes Fragrance Awards sponsored by Aedes de Venustas. The nominees were voted by Basenotes visitors at the end of 2006. Winners will be announced in February 2007.I am very pleased to see favorites like Bois des Iles, Tabac Blond, Egoiste, Fahrenheit, Black Orchid, L, Songes, Westside, Lonestar Memories and Musc Ravageur on the lists of Best fragrances. I am glad that the readers of Basenotes love Dior, Chanel, Lutens and L'Artisan as much as I do, because they have nominated these houses as Best Fragrances Houses of the year. And of course I am very happy to see my favorite perfume blogs nominated in the Best Fragrance Blog category. Thank you very much to those who voted for Perfume-Smellin' Things!
