New Ormonde Jayne Perfumery Store

Lucky Londoners and guests of the capital..."Prepare to be dazzled." Ormonde Jaynes "exquisite new store" on Old Bond Street ’s The Royal Arcade opens October 9th.

Old Bond Street ’s Ormonde Jayne store "has been given a striking new look. Luxury retail interiors specialists Caulder Moore designed the entire space within the Grade Two listed building. Antique gold shagreen wall coverings, black glass chandeliers, ivory stone floors and reflective surfaces make for a striking and decadent interior contrasting beautifully with vibrant mandarin packaging and beluga covered parfum boxes – a dramatic setting for a heady array of Ormonde Jayne perfumes."

While visiting the new boutique you are also invited to experience Ormonde Jayne’s latest "intoxicating new scent Orris Noir" (From the Ormonde Jayne Press Release)

Some days I have bitter regrets about moving from the UK. Bitter regrets. *sigh*

Oh, this looks lovely! I really like the CS and everything about this line--but I don't love the perfumes, unfortunately (I like them all fine, but none has moved me to a full bottle). My favorite is Ormonde Man on DH. Perhaps smelling them in these wonderful surroundings would make the difference, though.

I think I need a trip to the city... Tis only 60 miles (nothing to those of you across the pond, but a fair old whack for us silly little islanders). Oh yes. I'll report back, perfume fans.

Sending warm snuggles your way Chaya, my flower.

That boutique looks amazing. Lucky Londoners indeed...in so many ways. My parents left the States and went to London a couple of weeks after I was born. To this day I'm still mystified as to why they didn't have the foresight to go *before* I was born. Dual citizenship, people! Sigh. Think of the money I'd have saved on travel, not to mention perfume shipping...
